As a director, I commit to creating a welcoming, open, safe creative space for EVERYONE involved with the production. My job is to facilitate and and open ways to creativity. My vision for this show is just my vision, and I hope it changes and it will change. Because I cannot truly know what the show is until we are working in the room and creating.
